Rayman Celebrates Ubisoft's 30th Anniversary
Continuing Ubisoft's 30th Anniversary celebration, they are giving away the adorable Rayman Origins for free via Uplay on PC from the 17th August.
Created by Michel Ancel, Rayman the character has been something of a mascot for Ubisoft. The original Rayman title was designed for the Atari Jaguar but has since made appearances on nearly every platform.
Origins, developed by Ubisoft Montpellier in 2011, brought back the series 2D platforming roots after a few 3D entries. It was the first title to use the UbiArt engine which would then go on to be used on it's sequel Rayman Legends, Child of Light and Valiant Hearts: The Great War amongst others.
Rayman Origins will be the third of seven titles Ubisoft are giving away each month until December following on from Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and the original Splinter Cell.
Make sure you grab Splinter Cell before Rayman Origins replaces it on the 17th August 2016. You can find more about this offer by visiting UbisoftClub.com.
