Ratchet and Clank Re-Imagining gets new Trailer and Release Date

Sony's flagship platformer hasn't seen an outing in a couple of years since the PlayStation 3 outings. Next year though, a full feature film is being released and with it comes a new game, set to be a re-imagining of the story of the first game in the series from the PlayStation 2.

The new trailer shows some of the footage from the film and some from the game. Both share a story however it's told from very different viewpoints, with the game being told from the viewpoint of Captain Qwark. We also see some of Ratchet's early days and the first meeting between the two titular characters.
