Quantum Break Delayed Into 2016
Xbox One exclusive Quantum Break has been delayed into 2016, developer Remedy Entertainment has announced. The game, which is being made by the Alan Wake developer is needing the extra time in order for "polish".
The Creative Director for Quantum Break Sam Lake had this to say about the game's delay:
"We thank our fans for their patience, we want them to know that the team is taking advantage of this opportunity to polish and fine tune the game to create the kind of standout entertainment experience they've come to expect from us."
Not much has been seen of the game in recent months but footage from last year shows the game as a mix third-person cover shooting and time-freezing. The game weaves live-action and TV-style episodes into its chapters.

Exactly how much "polish" needs doing that it's going to take the better part of 12 months to do?!

It does seem like an incredibly long time for polishing. Maybe they just mean they need to finish making the game.

I assume it was a 7 hour long cinematic campaign with lots of glitches. ACU and The Order's controvery legacy I reckon...
