PSN, 2K and Windows Live Passwords Hacked
The group which claims responsibility for the problems which plagued Blizzard's World of Warcraft servers, Derptrolling, have posted on Twitter literally thousands of username and password combinations.
Dear Internet, the following is a very small portion of Lord Gaben and the rest of his crews glorious raids across the high seas of the Internet.
These usernames our bestowed upon you in the humble name of Derp.
Let this be a warning to all.
Nothing is safe from Derp
These cover the PlayStation Network, Windows Live and 2K Game Studios, and total almost 6,000 combinations. They also claim to have more such information.
This has apparently been done due to people claiming the hacker group is not serious enough to worry about.
We suggest that, even if you are not on this list, you change your passwords.

Things like this make me start wondering whether I shouldn't keep myself a list of exactly wtf I have passwords for or not. I've signed up for so many sites, and forgotten the vast majority of them. On the other hand, I don't really care about it if I've forgotten about it, and multiple passwords ftw... brb, changing my one password on everything.
