Prison Architect Coming to Mobile Devices
Paradox Interactive and Introversion Software partner to bring their massively popular title, that made its original release on Steam, Prison Architect to iOS and Android mobile devices this year.
As described by Kim Nordström, SVP of Innovation at Paradox Interactive:
“Mobile devices are more than capable of delivering the kind of experience that we think of as authentically ‘Paradox’ “Prison Architect fits that mold perfectly, and we’re eager to help Introversion bring the game to more players across more platforms.”
Released back in 2015, Prison Architect tasks players to construct and maintain a maximum security prison. Build and expand all while managing the facilities, prisoners and the staff working inside the prison. It’s certainly one for fans of other management simulators like Theme Hospital, Dungeon Keeper, and Dwarf Fortress.
No release date as of yet, but starting from today, players in the Netherlands will be able to register for Early Access on Google Play and the App store; that’s only the beginning, and surely it won’t be long till it’ll be available for all. When released, Prison Architect: Mobile will be a refined mobile experience and will be free to download and play, with additional content and gameplay modes available for purchase in-game.

Awesome stuff. I love this game, probably pumped more hours into it than is healthy by now.
