Pokkén Tournament Announced

Coming out in arcades across Japan, Pokkén Tournament has been announced.

A fighting game created by The Pokémon Company and BANDAI NAMCO Games, there are few details so far, apart from that. From the trailer, we can see that Lucario and Machamp are going to be playable characters and the fights will be fighting-game style rather than Pokémon style. Hopefully there will be more than just fighting-type Pokémon playable.

As Tekken (by Namco, before the merger with Bandai) was released first in arcades before being released to PlayStation, we can assume that Pokkén Tournament will be released to Wii U at some point.
