PlayStation Plus Games for January 2022

Sony are kicking off 2022 with some fantastic PlayStation Plus offerings, with all three games playable on the PS4, as well as two of them having native PS5 versions!

First up we have Persona 5 Strikers, a Dynasty Warriors style beat-em-up set six months after Persona 5. The Phantom Thieves are back together for a summer road trip in this direct sequel to the JRPG masterpiece.

Second is DIRT 5, an around the world trip crammed full of off-road racing in a single player career mode, or online multiplayer modes. Whether you prefer an arcade experience, or a more simulation racer, Dirt 5 has enough customisation for everyone to enjoy, with the Playgrounds mode being a particular standout.

Finally this month we're treated to a brand new PlayStation release: Deep Rock Galactic. A four-player co-operative shooter set in procedurally-generated levels, with hordes of aliens to fight, destructible environments and badass space dwarves. Whilst it may be new to PlayStation, it's worth noting that Deep Rock Galactic's Xbox and PC versions have received critical acclaim.

All three games will be available to download on the 4th January, something to ease those post Christmas blues.
