Playstation Plus for October Announced

Sony have announced the PlayStation Plus free titles for October and they are some smashers!

First up, on PlayStation 4, we have DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus Edition. 11 tracks, 10 cars and more beautiful scenery than you can shake a stick at.

Second, we have Dust: An Elysian Tail. Which takes you through wonderful, gorgeous hand-painted scenery on a search for your true identity. 

The final title for PlayStation 4 is Spelunky. Lots of procedurally generated caves to explore in a game that changes each time you play it.

On Vita, Pix the Cat and  Rainbow Moon. Both are cross buy titles the first for Vita and PS4, the second for Vita and PS3. In Pix the Cat you rescue forsaken ducklings from the grid of infinity whilst perfecting your skills to speed and combo up until you reach the explosive fever time. Rainbow Moon however is an RPG with a strong emphasis on exploration, character development and turn-based battles. With twenty levels, six characters, at least 40 hours of gameplay, you'll be more than happy with this freebie.

 For the PlayStation 3, we have Batman: Arkham Asylum. After delivering The Joker to Arkham Asylum, the prisoners spring a trap for the Dark Knight and he gets to meet some "old friends".

Finally, there is Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara. With drop-in/drop-out online gameplay in one of two modes, for upto 4 players. It includes a Challenge system that sets players in-game goals in return for level-ups and coins which can be spent in the Vault.
