Patrick Kane Removed From NHL 16 Cover

EA Sports have announced that Chicago Blackhawks right winger, Patrick Kane, will no longer feature on the cover of the upcoming NHL 16.

The news comes with Kane under investigation by police in Hamburg due to allegations of rape.

At statement from EA reads:

In light of the ongoing investigation involving Patrick Kane, he will no longer be a spokesperson for the launch of EA Sports NHL 16. He will not appear on the EA Sports NHL 16 cover nor participate in other EA Sports NHL 16 promotional activities.
