Park Beyond’s Gameplay Trailer Unveils Sandbox Mode and Management Systems
Over the past few months, Limbic Entertainment and Bandai Namco Europe have been releasing developer diary videos and feature trailers to drum up excitement for Park Beyond, an upcoming management park game that is launching a PC Closed Beta soon on the 9th of May 2023. And just in time, there's a new video delving into the game's mechanics.
The brand-new gameplay trailer is just over three minutes long, showing how you can shape your park’s layout, build unique rides and coasters, manage your staff, and utilise shops to maximise your profits. Park Beyond’s Sandbox Mode also makes an appearance. Players will be able to create a custom game outside of the campaign, and their creations can be saved and reused in future parks. It looks like you can get pretty creative, as each construction has multiple customisation options, allowing you to select colours, lights, and music. Stick to your favourite theme or go for an eclectic design, it's up to you. There are some glimpses of terraforming and tunnelling controls that add an extra layer of customisation to your park, and you can build freely around your rides.
Park Beyond is hosting a Closed Beta on PC via Steam from the 9th of May 2023 to the 19th of May 2023. It is set to officially launch on the 16th of June 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
