Overcooked! 2's Spring Festival has Begun

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, Team17 and Ghost Town Games has released a free content update to Overcooked! 2 for PC and consoles. Download it now to gain access to two additional characters and five new levels with a "Chinese New Year" theme.

As we've entered the Year of the Rat, it's only suitable that a member of the species joins the Overcooked! 2 character roster. Meet Rat Chef, a rodent who's "ready to rustle up some fresh festival food". Joining Rat Chef is Turtle Chef, who is "anything but a slow cooker".

The five new levels (shown off in the trailer above) are based around the Chinese New Year and include an escaped dragon.

Overcooked! 2's Spring Festival update is out now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC and Switch. It's currently in the Steam Lunar New Year sale at a 40% discount alongside the Season Pass at a 25% discount.
