New World Cup Content Coming to FIFA 18 Next Month

EA Sports have announced this week that they plan to release a free content patch in time for the World Cup in Russia, which kicks off on June 14th.

You'll get the official stadiums, kits, badges and teams. They're even throwing in the official match ball too! 

There are Online Friendly and Online Tournament modes, where you'll be able to take control of any of the 32 qualified nations. Custom Tournaments will let you take control of other nations who didn't quite make the cut.

There's some very brief gameplay glimpses in the trailer above. The rest of it just follows people walking around...or some Portuguese guy packing a suitcase. 

The World Cup update for FIFA 18 is due for release on May 29th.
