New Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Update Fixes Balancing Issues
From Software’s latest critical darling Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has received a new update which fixes several bugs and rebalances certain aspects of the game. The most notable balance changes come from the amount of spirit emblems that certain Prosthetic Tools use, with a larger focus on experimentation being the main incentive.
The Tools that are receiving these alterations are the “Lazulite Sacred Flame”, “Loaded Axe” series, “Sparking Axe” and the “Lazulite Axe”. Various Combat Arts will also have changes to their Spirit Emblem usage, including the “Mortal Draw”, “Ashina Cross” and “Floating Passage”.
Various fixes to damage and posture damage outputs have been altered as well, with the “Senpou Leaping Kicks” and “High Monk” Combat Arts receiving slight nerfs. The Blazing Bull mini-boss has also received a decrease in Posture and Vitality, with “game pacing and balance time in combat” being the reason cited.
Several other changes and fixes have also been added in the update, including stability and performance along with various bugs being addressed.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
