New Call of Cthulhu Screens and Details Creep Out

Out from the darkness comes some new screenshots and details of Cyanide Studio's official Call of Cthulhu videogame.

Arriving next year, Call of Cthulhu adapts the works of writer H.P. Lovecraft and brings them to life. Horror awaits you in the atmospheric Darkwater Island, as private investigator Edward Pierce, you're tasked with investigating the mysterious deaths of Sarah Hawkins and her family. As you delve deeper into the darkness, you'll soon discover more sinister secrets on the island. 

Call of Cthulhu will offer players a chance to explore rich and ambient world, featuring psychological horror and stealth mechanics to make an immersive experience, which pays homage to the Cthulhu Mythos and other works of H.P. Lovecraft.

No official release date as of yet, but the game will arriving in 2017 for PC and console.
