Minabo’s Overview Trailer Shows You How to Live as a Turnip

Ahead of Minabo - A walk through life's launch, a “How to Play” video has been released. The cosy visuals and charming characters take centre stage as a calm narrator walks you through all the ins and outs of raising your turnip. This video is also a sneak peek for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 players with in-game footage running on consoles.

This social life simulator sees players starting life from the very beginning. You’ll name your turnip before sprouting up from the ground. And once you do, you'll be surrounded by family, but what your family looks like is up to you. Maybe you have one or two parents. Perhaps you have siblings or none at all. Throughout the game, you’ll be managing three basic needs: intimacy, physical contact, and belonging. These needs will determine your interactions with other turnips, affecting how well they go.

In Minabo, every life is different and each run is full of 25 quests of life-changing moments. Free Life Mode lets you replay, pursue new paths, and share your turnip’s life story on social media. If you’re interested in learning more, be sure to give the video linked above a watch!

Minabo - A walk through life launches on the 28th of April 2023 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. The game is also set for an Xbox release, but the date has yet to be announced. You can wishlist the game on all platforms.
