MGS V: The Phantom Pain Save Bug Fixed
Previously Konami posted on their twitter, there was a nasty save bug on Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain that could have deleted players saves if they played mission 29 or 42 with Quiet as your buddy.
Fortunately the bug has been now fixed, at least for PlayStation 4 and PC owners.

The bug affected all platforms and Konami have said they're working on getting the other platforms fixed as soon as possible. They are also looking into resolving some server issues as well.
Also, we continue to look into server issues and are working on solutions for all affected platforms. We hope to implement these soon

So if your on PS4 or PC you're safe to return back to using Quiet as your buddy. The rest of you will have to wait just a little longer.
