Metal Gear Survive Reveals Single Player and Beta
Upcoming spin of title Metal Gear Survive has finally shown off some of it's single player gameplay in the latest trailer released by Konami.
The spin off title to the hugely successful Metal Gear series sees a blend of the survival genre with the action-stealth gameplay fans of the series have come to love. The new trailer walks us through some of the core gameplay elements within the game and how the progression will take place both in single player and multiplayer. Seeing the game in action it looks like a solid idea and gameplay loop but until we get hands on who knows.
Speaking of which, in other news a beta for the title has been announced as well. It will include three missions across two maps in co-op mode for up to four players. Players who make a character during the beta will get participation bonus items when the full game releases. This include a FOX HOUND name plate, a Metal Gear REX head and a bandanna. The beta will run from 18th January until the 21st January on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
