Metal Gear Solid Online To Be Announced Next Week

Metal Gear Solid fans will be pleased to know that Konami and Kojima Productions will be bringing back Metal Gear Solid Online, with a reveal set to be shown by Hideo Kojima himself at The Game Awards on December 5th.

The news comes from Geoff Keighley, presenter of the game awards, who had tweeted the following:

Previously Metal Gear Solid Online launched back in 2008 as an addition to Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, it was later remade for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for PlayStation 3 and allow up to 16-players to battle out in all Metal Gear style. Unfortunate to say, it was not long lived as the servers were shut down in 2012.

None the less, December 5th looking to be very exciting for Metal Gear fans. Hopefully it's more than just a trailer and we'll get to see it in action.
