Mega Crit Announces Slay the Spire 2 at Triple-i Initiative Showcase - Reveal Trailer

The Triple-i Initiative 2024 Showcase kicked off with an awesome announcement for Slay the Spire fans. Mega Crit’s next project, Slay the Spire 2, is coming to Steam Early Access in 2025.

Slay the Spire 2 will bring players back to the Spire in a completely new way, offering modern features and visuals with the help of a new game engine. As players ascend, they'll also encounter new enemies, events, treasures, and more. The reveal trailer and Steam screenshots are already teasing a new scythe-wielding hero called the Necrobinder, which is described as “A wandering lich who seeks to bind the forgotten corpse. Calls upon her trusty left hand, Osty in combat.”

There’s still more to be announced about this upcoming sequel but in the meantime, you can grab Slay the Spire on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android, and PC via Steam.
