Polish indie publisher We Dig Games and developer Mass Creation have announced a new choice-driven visual novel Date Z, featuring a high school adventure where you must fall in love to survive the impending zombie outbreak. To celebrate this announcement, the demo of Date Z has also been released for the Steam Visual Novel Fest, running from the 7th of August to the 14th of August, so that you can get a sneak peek at the narrative, romance, and complicated high school life Date Z has to offer!

In Date Z, finding love is a matter of life and death, as your survival depends on you finding a date by Friday. You’ll explore multiple timelines with the help of a mysterious device, and you’ll unearth secrets the more you explore the school. If you’re a voracious reader of paranormal YA romance where high school love is intertwined with mystery, monsters, and acing your assignments, this game's reveal trailer will be right up your alley. It teases the five potential romances you can have with Patty, Alicia, Bao, Vivica, and Oriana; each has a distinct personality, backstory, and part to play in the school’s mystery.
