Master Your Gods with 2x Worshippers Weekend in SMITE!

Every once in a while, SMITE: Battleground of the Gods runs an event where you can get double worshippers over the course of the weekend. This is a great opportunity to farm out the final few worshippers to get your favourite god (or gods!) to higher masteries. Trying to get another star on Nox? Looking to get everyone to at least level one? This is your perfect opportunity!

This is the first 2x Worshippers Weekend since the release of the newest goddess, Nut, goddess of the sky. If you're looking to raise your worshippers with her before the release of SMITE 2, it's going to be a great opportunity for you to, especially considering that SMITE 2 is well underway.

If you're wondering what the point of Worshippers is, it's not much more than showing off your Mastery with a specific god or goddess. Though you can unlock various skins at worshipper levels one, five, and 10, many players have dedicated their time to reaching masteries with various gods (such as trying to get everyone to the first level) or shown their devotion to a specific one, where you can get stars for each time you reach what would typically be worshipper level 10 (and we've seen some with a lot of stars).

The upcoming release for SMITE 2 is another reason to farm the star count for your gods. Your progression in the original (from your mastery level to your star counts) will be transferred in the form of unique badges and the Divine Legacy system — these are all things that we covered in our Everything We Know About SMITE 2 article from when the game was first announced!

Jump into the battleground of the gods in your chosen game mode — from Conquest to Arena — and start farming your worshippers today! The double worshipper weekend will last until the 26th of February, meaning you still have plenty of time to get Nut to level 10.
