Loop8: Summer of Gods Releases Opening Cinematic

XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe have released a new trailer showcasing the opening cinematic for the upcoming story-driven time-travelling RPG, Loop8: Summer of Gods. With the beautiful song “Genfunkei” as the musical backdrop, players get a look at the characters, watercoloured environments, and enemies in the game.

Loop8: Summer of Gods is a coming-of-age adventure set in a rural Japanese town that puts players in the shoes of Nini, a newly earthbound teen who has the special ability to reset the world and relive the same month over and over. Facing off against the demonic entities known as the Kegai, Nini and his friends will use this time loop to save humanity from the brink of extinction.

Loop8: Summer of Gods is set to launch on the 6th of June 2023 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The game is currently available for physical pre-purchase for consoles through the Marvelous Europe website.
