Look at Life Through the Eyes of the SkyKeepers

You might not have heard of Sword Twin Studios, but the developer are hoping their debut title SkyKeepers will change that somewhat. The game, which has just been released for the Xbox One and PS4 in North America, and everywhere on Steam, is a 2D action platformer featuring the adventures of village chief, Tangi, and his son Pelagi.

This isn’t just your run of the mill action-adventure game though, it’s designed to take on an altogether deeper tone. Borne from studio lead Brant Stutheit’s innate fears that come with the journey into fatherhood, SkyKeepers weaves together a colorful tale of life, loss, and acceptance. In SkyKeepers, Tangi and Pelagi fight their way through a fantasy world to save their fellow villagers and collect O’na to help restore and repair their once great SkyKeeper Village. As the village is revitalised, Tangi unlocks new attacks and skills allowing for unique, high-level fighting styles to evolve.
