Lightspeed Frontier Launches Into Early Access
Lightspeed Frontier is the newest entry into a fledgling new category of sandbox space game, those with building your ship as a central pillar of gameplay.
Coming to Early Access on the 7th March, Lightspeed Frontier is an open-ended space-based game where players construct their ships from a variety of block modules before taking on missions, exploring, trading and blasting their own trail throughout the galaxy. The sole aim being to be the most successful captain possible.
Whilst only initially single-player, during Early Access the intent is to add multiplayer options to the game as stated by the producer of the game, Phillip Devine here:
“Lightspeed Frontier has hours of gameplay and in Early Access players will play, what we feel, is an extremely polished game.
During Early Access we’ll expand on the game’s content and introduce a thrilling multiplayer mode that will allow for endless free-roaming adventures.”
Lightspeed Frontier will enter Early Access on Steam on the 7th March for $14.99 (No other pricing available).
