Whether you've been playing RIPOUT, have been eager to join in on the fun, or just found out about it, you'll be happy to hear that the new content update has arrived! But before we talk about what it brings, let's get to know a bit about the game first.

RIPOUT is a title currently available in Steam's Early Access, where you'll have to fight terrifying mutant monstrosities that have become deformed by Cell, a biological weapon created by humans. In order to stop this plague, you'll need your biomechanical Pet Gun, which will allow you to gain a tactical advantage over the enemy! This adrenaline-pumping title will keep you entertained through the procedurally generated areas as you collect loot, customise your character, and stay triumphant over the grotesque mutants!

Now that we're all caught up on what RIPOUT is let's talk about the new content. 

• New Covert Ops and Moth suits are available, each with a unique set of buffs that'll help you out on the battlefield.
• A new melee weapon — the katana! This new sword can knock enemies back, and it offers the highest damage you can get in melee at the moment.
• A new Hazard, the Blaster Turret, which is a projectile weapon that will spawn a Blast Critter upon destruction, so beware!
• Three new Pet Support Mods are now available, which add a passive modification to your biomechanical gun that will trigger either a fire or acid damage or an EMP.
• One of the most requested features has been added: the ability to join public games that are in progress.
• Some improvements across gunplay and enemy behaviour have also been deployed!

The ability to jump into ongoing rounds will be great for those looking to make friends or keep the adrenaline pumping by jumping into games quickly!
