LEAP Early Access Release

LEAP is a large scale PvP shooter where players will fight for either the United Earth Defense Coalition or the rebel Exo-terrans. In it, players will take control of exosuited characters, each with their own unique abilities, as they charge into battle to kill their foes.

Use unique mounts (called PVs, or Personal Vehicles), grappling hooks, and directional dodges to traverse the environment and use it to your advantage; the best mercenaries weaponise everything. Once you've achieved victory, customise your exosuit, vehicle, and weapons to show your prowess.

Despite being in development for 10+ years, LEAP entered Early Access so that the developers could involve the community throughout the rest of the development process. With this release, Blue Isle Studios hopes to best focus their efforts on the gameplay and features that the community like the most.

At the moment, players can enjoy four totally unique classes to play with, six environments designed to work well with several game modes and player counts, and numerous cosmetics to adorn your mercenary with.

The game is expected to be in Early Access for another year, though Blue Isle Studio has stated that they will remain flexible with the release date and adjust accordingly, should the need arise. When the game fully releases, however, it will feature more classes, environments, and even full mod support (that is actively being worked on and will be released soon).

LEAP is out on Early Access now! There is an early bird discount available until the 8th of June, where players will be able to snag the title for 15% off.
