Kinect Sensor Standalone on Its Way
Microsoft has announced a release date and price for the standalone Kinect Sensor. After they removed the sensor from the Xbox One bundle, sales oif the console doubled and they have found that this, has increased interest in the sensor as a product.
he standalone Kinect sensor comes with Dance Central Spotlight, the latest in the dance series from developer Harmonix, and will be available in the USA for $149.99 on October the 7th.
Kinect includes voice and gesture controls, biometric sign-in, instant personalization, instant scanning of QR codes, and enhanced features, although contrary to early stories, those features do not include seeing through clothes.
