KARMA: The Dark World Receives Official ROAM Trailer
Developer POLLARD STUDIO LLC is proud to show off their upcoming title, KARMA: The Dark World, which will be published by Wired Productions and Gamera Games. Set in an alternate timeline in East Germany 1984, the Leviathan Corporation rules the world, and you'll take control of a member of the corporation as a ROAM Agent.
This walking simulator horror title will have players delve into the minds of the accused with a technology known as ROAM. Using a headset, you can delve into the mind of people and witness their traumas and their actions to determine whether they are guilty of their accusations.
As Daniel McGovern, you'll be tasked with investigating crime scenes, interviewing the suspects, and then reporting your findings back to Leviathan. Using the brain-dive technology, you'll witness the horrors that lurk deep within the suspect's minds, but can you keep your sanity when the surreal has taken over?
KARMA: The Dark World is sharing new trailers with unique game mechanics, with the first one focusing on the ROAM technology that will appear prominently throughout the experience. Check out some of the mixtures of real and surreal environments that players will be able to delve into throughout the game.
If you're interested in checking the title out, it is currently on its wishlist period, with no release date in sight. However, players will be able to pick it up soon on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam.
