Just Cause 3 Wingsuit Experience Released For Mobile

Just Cause 3 launches on December 1st, and it's going to be epic. The sandbox series which gives you the ultimate freedom to drive, fly, skydive, and destroy pretty much everything is always a welcome treat. But it's not quite December, so we must wait. Square Enix have got your back though. Today they released The Wingsuit Experience, a mobile app that allows you to freely look around Medici, as Rico Rodriguez glides through the world with his brand new wingsuit. 

You can visit a handful of locations from one of the smaller islands, and by using your device's gyrometer, enjoy the views in 360 degrees. If you have Google Cardboard or another similar VR device, you can even try it in 3D. You'll either be joining Rico for a skydive, or simply soaking in the sights of a few towns. 

It was developed by Mindlight, the creative group behind several virtual and augmented reality projects. Ron Bakker, founder of Mindlight, explained that they "captured over 10 TB of high resolution data" to make The Wingsuit Experience so immersive, and it definitely shows. If you're looking forward to the game, it's absolutely worth a try, as it gives an unparalleled look into the world of Just Cause 3, and boy is it pretty.

The Wingsuit Experience is free and available now for Android and iOS devices. Just Cause 3 will launch on December 1st for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
