January Release Date Unveiled for Shoulders of Giants

Soon you’ll be able to play alone, with a friend, or as part of a four-person team in Shoulders of Giants. A brand-new trailer has revealed that players can launch into the sci-fi roguelike's colourful universe on the 26th of January 2023.

Developed by indie studio Moving Pieces Interactive, Shoulders of Giants is designed to test your teamwork as the balance of the universe is in danger from the forces of Entropy. To restore light and life to the galaxy, players will take on waves of enemies all while controlling a sword-wielding robot and a gunslinging space frog. You’ll be able to mix and match abilities, become gloriously overpowered, and traverse randomized levels.

In addition to solo and co-op gameplay, the game offers a “Best Friend” mode, introducing a unique co-op challenge where you and your friend both control one character (either the frog or the robot) together. Is your teamwork up to the task?
