Information on the New SMITE 2 Alpha Weekend and How to Play for Free

The sequel to the famous MOBA SMITE is well underway, and it is now the third Alpha Weekend that we get to partake in! SMITE 2 is set to release in Early Access on the 30th of July, but until then, we will get to try it out and send feedback to the developers about the development process to help that come a long way.

The new weekend is out now — on the 27th of June 2024 — and it will run until Saturday, on the 29th of June, meaning you have just a few days to play it. If you're interested in participating, here's how you can actually join, both paid and free options:

• You can get an assured spot by purchasing any of the Founders Edition packs available. Each one of them has different rewards, but all of them offer an assured entry to the Alpha Weekends leading up to Early Access release.
• You can try to get free access to the Alpha Weekend by signing up to it on the official Steam store page. Below the Founders Editions, there is a button called "Join the SMITE 2 Playtest", where you can Request Access and get a chance to enter.

The SMITE 2 alpha weekend will run until the 29th of June, and the full Early Access release will start on the 30th of July.
