inFAMOUS: Second Son Official Gameplay Spot

It shows the main character, Delsin Rowe, basically having fun with his powers, with a little bit of Seattle.  He shows ones similar to Cole McGrath in the previous instalments.

We see: super jumps, ground-pounding, fiery punches, a flaming chain, hand-based hover-jets, hand-blasts, turning into a smoke cloud and a powered up wave-blast.

This appears to follow the two revealed 'power sets' - Smoke and Neon.  One will be for a more stealthy-approach and the other for faster movement.

The game will be released 21st March, worldwide.
