Are you squeamish? Do you have health/death anxiety? Did you watch Autopsy of Jane Doe and have an irrational fear of autopsies (I’m totally not speaking from personal experience)? Then Autopsy Simulator is definitely not the title for you!

Autopsy Simulator is a story-driven title with a unique mixture of simulation and horror. Perform autopsies on your patients and learn about their cause of death by closely linking results with information on their files. To keep the game realistic, the team worked closely with pathomorphologists and forensics doctors to make each case feel as authentic as possible, even down to the most gruesome details. Speaking of gruesome, remember how I said you should avoid this if you’re squeamish? Well, the game has organs in very high detail, making it a title not for the faint of heart.
