ID@Xbox 2021 - Twelve Minutes In-Depth Reveal

During the ID@Xbox 2021 showcase we're treated to some more information on the truly highly-anticipated title Twelve Minutes from developer Luis Antonio and publisher Annapurna Interactive. Whilst we aren't shown much in terms of new game footage there is an in-depth interview with Luis Antonio. 

The game will be a solo experience which utilises a 12 minute loop to drive a narrative, allowing the player to explore different avenues in each loop, gradually unlocking and discovering more about the story. It takes place in one location, an apartment, with a top-down viewpoint, with everything you interact with inside the apartment having a purpose and reaction from the characters.

The title features impressive vocal talent from James McAvoy, Daisy Ridley and Willem Dafoe. Antonio has taken inspiration from cinema, with titles like Memento and it's unique method of storytelling, influencing approaching the story of Twelve Minutes in an original way. 

It's clear that Twelve Minutes is a labour of love, and it will definitely be one to watch.
