I Am Future: Cozy Apocalypse Survival is Leaving Early Access; Check Out the Release Date Trailer!

Few games can be summarised in just their name the I Am Future: Cozy Apocalypse Survival does; this Early Access title developed by Mandragora and published by tinyBuild offers players a single-player experience set in a post-apocalyptic future. One of the things that makes this it stand out is obviously the more relaxed and cosy approach.

The biggest devlog the developer has posted is ready, and it speaks about everything that is coming with the full release. Here's a quick summary for those who can't watch it just yet (or don't want to spoil anything visually):

  • The story is now completed, and players will be able to find out what happened to Cosmopolis and the protagonist.
  • All the "coming soon" zones are now available to explore freely.
  • New rooftops have been added.
  • The Carnival will be available now.
  • A new character: Bombshell Barbara.
  • New upgrades, such as the solar generator, weather control modules, and battery upgrades.
  • Levels 3 and 4 of the Smart Tower will now be accessible.
  • New enhancements for tools, batteries, and minions.
  • The Press now has a third level.
  • New structure: the Nano-forge (players can create new materials in it, such as techno-wood, tungsten, carbon, and more).
  • Tools will now be able to be upgraded to the maximum level.
  • A new mechanic: teleportation.
  • The recycling system received some improvement.

There's a lot to unpack here, but the gist of it is that we can now explore, upgrade, and experience the entirety of the game. A new character, new resources, and new machines included!

If you like what you see, don't forget to drop a wishlist or a purchase on Steam. I Am Future: Cozy Apocalypse Survival will release on the 13th of November.
