Hyrule Warriors Character Information

As well as the pretty cool artwork scrolling above, Nintendo have released some information about the new characters! Your warriors will be: Lana, Agitha, Midna, Impa, Zelda - and of course Link.

Lana is a sorceress who is hostile to Cia, with possibly some personal history. She has a knowledge of spells and monsters, meaning her electrifying spells can be especially effective. Her athletic skills are not to be triffled with as she darts around the battlefield with her book of spells.

Agitha is rescued by Lana from a horde of monsters, resulting in her joining the war against Cia. The self-proclaimed princess of the insect kingdom, she tries to keep a cheery demeanour in the face of battle. Her weapon is a parasol, but she can summon bugs like giant beetles or butterflies.

The main boss enemies also have a bit more news too.

Argorok is a Twilit Dragon, covered in hard armour thanks to a Mirror Shard from the Twilight Mirror. More intelligent than other Hyrulian dragons, he uses tactical attacks from above where he can't be hurt.

Zant was freed by Cia once she used the Gate of Souls to open a portal to his era. Using two scimitars, he swings and slashes his way through the battlefields. He also uses magic of great power.
