HUNT: Horrors of the Gilded Age Announced

Crytek USA have announced  a new multiplayer cooperative shooter called HUNT : Horrors of the Gilded Age that sounds fantastic.

Set in the late 1800s, players will be stalking the edges of a myth and folklore laden world where the thing in the shadows you see out of the corner of your eye is really a beastie crouching and about to spring. Where all those noises in the night and terrors of your childhood are not only real, but hungry too.

 The game will also include a director style content generation system that ensures players never encounter exactly the same environment or set of enemies twice. This also means you never know if the noise around the corner is just another nasty or one of the games many gruelling boss battles.
