Hotline Miami Collection Available Now on Nintendo Switch

Starting out originally as a somewhat niche PC title, Hotline Miami has built up a bit of a reputation for itself, with its neon-lit visuals, graphic violence and punishing gameplay helping it stand out from the crowd. Now Hotline Miami is finally available on Nintendo Switch, with Devolver Digital putting even more of its catalogue on the system.

Hotline Miami has appeared on numerous PlayStation platforms before, but this is the first time its been on a competitors system.

Hotline Miami is a top-down shooter where each level almost acts like a puzzle. A single hit in Hotline Miami is enough to kill the player, but in turn players can kill enemies with a single hit from a bullet or melee weapon as well. Death comes to both sides quickly in the game, with the trial and error nature of it making it a perfect fit for a handheld system.

The Hotline Miami Collection features both the original title and its 2015 sequel Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number. The collection is available now on Nintendo Switch for £22.49.
