If there's something that you don't see often in video games, it's flat pack furniture. There was an Ikea expansion pack for The Sims 3 but other than that, it's an under-represented area in gaming. Indie dev The Stork Burnt Down aim to expand the market somewhat.

Home Improvisation is a game about building crazy modular furniture. It is playable solo or with up to 4 friends working together. You can try to build the furniture correctly, or you can make new and terrifying furniture creations. Build alone or with your friends to create the beautiful furniture of your dreams! The game is already out for Steam Early Access, but you can get the full version next year on PC and PS4.
