Guitar Hero Live Reveal Trailer

Activision and FreeStyle Games are sat in the corner giggling maniacally as they announce Guitar Hero Live.

Featuring bandmates and crowds that react dynamically to your ability (or lack thereof) ranging from throwing drinks screaming "YOU SUCK!" in a way reminiscent of a Type O Negative concert all the way to bromance-ish "you rock!" stage dive antics.

The game will also feature a new controller which will prove easier to pick up for the three finger players but scales with difficulty all the way to having you play full chords in an almost Rocksmith-esque way.

The artist lineup so far includes the likes of The Black Keys, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, Gary Clark, Jr., Green Day, Ed Sheeran, The War on Drugs, The Killers, Skrillex, The Rolling Stones, The Lumineers, Carrie Underwood, Pierce the Veil and Blitz Kids with more on the way.

The biggest addition is GHTV. This is a 24 hour music video channel that lets players jam along to the official music videos of songs online. We can only hope that Rammstein , the remaining members of Type O Negative and Gloryhammer can be persuaded to include some songs too.
