Ghost Recon: Wildlands is Free to Play 12th-15th October
Ubisoft has announced that squad-based, tactical military shooter Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will be free-to-play across all available platforms (PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC) from 12th-15th October 12th to celebrate 'Ghost War', a new PvP game mode launching 10th October.
New players will have full access to the base game’s content as well as 'Ghost War' for the duration of the free trial, while those who already own the game will receive the 'Ghost War' update for free in a patch. In conjunction with this free weekend, there will be 50% discount on all editions of the game, and new players who purchase the full game will find that all their progress will carry over from the free weekend.
GameGrin's Marcello Perricone "had an absurd amount of fun" with the game, so there's no better time than now to check it out for yourself.
