With the Trendy Gacha you can get the Moonlight Shadow outfit!
There is also the Nostalgia gacha, which also contains the Moonlight Shadow costume!
And for a limited time, there's also the Star Gacha, which can get you Shandy's Osmanthus Aged Wine outfit!

If you want to participate in this festival, unfortunately DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme Venus Vacation is still only available in certain regions via Steam, and digital download in Japan.
