Genesis Alpha One Hyperjumps to Release in January
Developer Radiation Blue has announced that their upcoming space survival roguelike Genesis Alpha One now has a confirmed release date.
Genesis Alpha One sees you traveling the galaxy in a ship you build, crewed by clones you create, on a quest to find a new planet for humanity to live on. Construct your ship, gather resources from planets you come across, and if you die resume command as one of your clones. You'll have to somewhat dilute the human genome with alien DNA if you want to survive - especially when the aliens get aboard your ship...
If you preorder, you'll get the Rocket Star Corporation content pack which includes the following exclusive weapons:
- UTS 15 shotgun
- FBL Firebomb Launcher
- AsVal automatic rifle
- Kugelblitz energy weapon
Genesis Alpha One will launch on the Epic Games store for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 29th January 2019 priced at £24.99/$29.99/€29.99. That's right, the game will not be sold via Steam, according to a post to the Steam community.
If you'd like to see some gameplay, we have the first couple of hours right here.
