Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Goes Gold

The Coalition, developers of Xbox's iconic series Gears of War, has revealed that Gears of War: Ultimate Edition has gone gold.

To celebrate, The Coalition has given details on digital pre-ordering as well as sharing behind-the-scenes videos into the game's development.

The game, which is a remastering of the 2006 original, will launch on 28th August exclusively on Xbox One.

Two editions are available. The Standard Edition, which will cost £29.99, includes pre-order bonus items including the Adam Fenix and Civilian Anya multiplayer skin while the £44.99 Deluxe Edition includes everything in the Standard Edition as well as more skins and playable characters.
