gamescom 2024:  Predecessor

The MOBA genre has taken many forms, from the classic isometric views of DOTA and League of Legends to the third-person action combat of SMITE. As many avenues are already explored, can the free-to-play newcomer, Predecessor, shuffle some new life into the genre?

As seen in the launch trailer, the game takes the MOBA formula and blends it with both large and stunning environments and explosive third-person action! Of the few Paragons we saw, you can select from deadly ranged archery, powerful ice-based AoE and movement abilities, shape-shifting, and the classic Big-Guy-With-Hooks we all know and love!
