The world of Dying Light is anything but pleasant, with days filled with the undead shambling through the streets and nights filled with unspeakable horrors. However, it seems the latest standalone adventure is going one step further by bringing back beloved protagonist, Kyle Crane, but not quite.

Set outside of both mainline Dying Light games, Dying Light: The Beast follows the erstwhile protagonist, Kyle Crane, as he has broken free from brutal experimentation at the hands of an unknown. Hunted by both armed soldiers and the undead, Crane must survive in a tightly crafted rural region while battling with what was done to him and what he may need to do.
