Being a mercenary can be a tough job, but being a retired mercenary may be worse. In the latest reveal trailer for the Diablo IV expansion, Vessels of Hatred, we got a sneak peek at some of these erstwhile retired fighters finding a new lease on life as the horrors of hell return!

Calling themselves the Pale Hand, these four mercenaries offer their unique skills and powers to supplement your own, keeping you safe or making sure your foes are not. As seen in the trailer, the mercenaries range from a shield-bearing guardian and a rage-filled warrior to a demonic shifter and archer. Who will you recruit, and what tales do they have to tell?

Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred is set to release on the 8th of October 2025.
