gamescom 2022 Future Games Show: The Chant Trailer

The Chant is a single-player third-person action-adventure game with heavy horror elements, from developers, Brass Token. After what appears to be a botched spiritual awakening, on an otherwise peaceful island, you must battle cultists and monsters and fight for your continued survival.

The whole thing is clearly inspired by survival-horrors, especially more recent ones like The Evil Within. You must craft items to aid in survival whilst fighting off various enemies with an array of handy abilities.

The Chant will be released on just about every platform on November 3rd. PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
