gamescom 2021: Marvel's Midnight Suns

At gamescom 2021, the announcement trailer for Marvel's Midnight Suns, a new tactical RPG from 2K and Firaxis Games, was revealed. The trailer displays a fun variety of action, showcasing the talents of Marvel heroes Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, Nico Minoru, Ghost Rider, Wolverine, Iron Man, Blade, and Magik, all of whom seem to be playable in the final game. All will help your own customizable hero fight against a newly awakened Hell, and the villain Lilith, before the Darkhold can be completed. Described as a "darker" team, hopefully, the gameplay reveal on the 1st of September at 11:30 AM PT will uncover more information about this team and the game itself. 

The end of the trailer also features an exclusive Nightwalker skin for the character Blade if you sign up for a newsletter at the game's website and an extra scene. The scene was of demon doggo (apologies to Marvel fans if this is a character you recognise) getting blamed for eating a leftover Reuben. Nearby in the shot, a certain red, white, and blue shield can be seen leaning against a table. This might mean that Captain America will also make an appearance, or it might just be a fun nod to the character.
