Future Games Show 2022: The Last Faith, Coming to PC and Consoles This Year

Publishers Playstack are excited to announce the addition of The Last Faith, a game by Kumi Souls Games. This blend of soulslike and metrovania in a gothic and dark setting. 

Ferocious monsters and gothic landscape are depicted with gorgeous pixel art, The Last Faith delivers challenging but empowering gameplay. The Last Faith uses a mix of soulsike and metroidvania elements to let players discover a range of tools for destruction across dark forests, crypts, snow-covered mountains, and cities lit in moonlight with gorgeous hand-drawn visuals.

You play as Eric, who wakes up with no memory of his immediate past. He is in a race against time as his mind and conscience begin to deteriorate in front of him, the only way he can stop this is to go on a cursed mission that has him crossing paths with ancient divinities and religions.

When we first met developer Kumi Souls, we were struck by just how closely and attentively the studio listens to the desires of its fanbase. That player-first approach is often a hallmark of success and it was completely unsurprising to us that The Last Faith significantly outperformed its Kickstarter target and accrues so many Wishlists on a daily basis. That drive, coupled with the engaging world The Last Faith builds, made it a no-brainer for the Playstack family.
